As usual, travelers stay overnight at hotels in Hanoi Old quarter's Area at night before, then we pick up around 8am - 9am in the next morning (Transfer from Hanoi to cruise harbor might take around 2-4 hours, depends on tours' class you book).
Travelers also flight from south of Vietnam/ Overseas to airport (Hai Phong airport, Noi Bai airport, Van Don airport) then do cruise on the same day, we can arrange for you transfer from airports directly to cruise harbors and join cruise but make sure u book early flight before 8am - 9am - 10am. Travelers must pay extra fee for car
Travelers also stay in near cruise harbor (for cruises are departed from Halong city), and you go to cruise harbor yourself, we show you location where to pick up easily.
If u stay in Tam Coc - Ninh Binh, we also arrange a private car (pay extra fee ~ 170km- 3.5/4 hours driving) to cruise harbor and pick up at 8am from your hotels in Ninh Binh
Please Note: Low season(Months:5,6,7,8,9) - High Season(Months: 10,11,12,1,2,3,4)
Rates in “High Season” are normally higher than “Low Season” ( Rates from some luxury cruises only).

Final payment: After make a deposit or your whole group(Please visit our payment page here). The rest money, you are going to pay us once we meet you at your hotel in Hanoi. We'll tell you more information about the trip, then give you travel ticket. Or you can pay online before 1 to 15 days to save your time.
Pick up/Drop off: Our modern & safe shuttle buses pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter every morning around 07:45 am - 08:30 am, and drop you off at the same place around 04 pm - 05 pm on the final day of your trip.(another place? please request !) .
=> If you stay at a hotel/place far from Hanoi's Old Quarter, please book a taxi to Hanoi Opera House or a place that we will show you later.
// All cruises are departed from the cruise harbors around 12:30 - 12:45 daily and arrive back at the harbors around 11am: 11:30 am on the final day of the trip.
@ If you have flights at late afternoon after your halong bay tour, please inform us ASAP, so we can arrange a car directly to the airport for your group.
What to bring?: Passports, sunglasses,camera, sport shoes, essential luggage,jackets & sweaters(winter in months:11,12,1,2,3,4), some medicine for sea-sickness(optional).
@ You can leave your big suitcases at your hotel in Hanoi while on a cruise.
@ If you do not stay at your hotel in Hanoi again after the trip, please bring all luggage with you.
How far?: 170km from Hanoi to Halong Bay, around 2 - 4 hours to go(depend on routes).
