- It takes about 2-4 hours from Hanoi city to cruise dock in Halong Bay(depends on traffic or shuttle bus services). Basically, travelers always stay one night in Hanoi before then get pick up in the next morning.

- Stay in Hanoi's old quarter area, we supply free shuttle bus around this area and pick up time estimate 08:00am-09:30am. You have to pay fees for luxurious limousine services if you book some luxurious cruises. If you do not stay  in Hanoi's old quarter area, we always give you tips to get to the right place to this area and get pick up easily.

- If you stay in Hai Phong city, Tam Coc - Ninh Binh, Sapa, please text us via WhatsApp/Telegram/Zalo+84-353-432-432 to book extra service for transfer to cruise dock in Halong city.

- If you stay in Da Nang, Hoi An, Nha Trang, Ho Chi Minh city or others in the south of Vietnam, please book your flight/train because these places are quite far from Halong city. You can book your flights to Noi Bai airport - Hanoi, or Cat Bi airport - Hai phong city (It is only 30-40mins from Cat Bi airport - Hai phong city to cruise dock) and we can arrange car for you from airport to cruise dock.
